Third generation autoclaves (D series) are our newest development, which are developed based on second generation autoclaves (C series); they all comply to norm EN 13060. Compare with second generation, there are following improvements in this newest generation:
- Higher precise control in temperature and pressure, the pressure can show 0.001bar, and temperature can show 0.01°
- Stronger Vacuum capability, reach -0.80bar.
- More Effect of sterilization, 20% faster than second generation under equal power.
- New door locking system, more reliable.
- New shape design
- More sterilization data can be automatically saved in microprocessor (for latest 20 cycles), user can choice any of them through LCD interface, and output the information via printer or USB stick at any time.
- Improvement of operation interface: some functions that are useless to user are shielded, so autoclave will not goes wrong by user's misoperation. For example, the function of adjusting parameter of temperature sensor, only factory and authorized dealers can adjust this parameter by password.
- They are added the options of temperature units and pressure units, it can be suitable for usages of different countries.
- They are added a switch of pre-heating. If turn this switch off, it saves power during the period that from power on to start a cycle because of no preheating.
- The liquid cycles are added.
- Options of Multi-languages (Chinese, English, Germany, Spanish, Polish languages), more languages can be input as customers’ requirements..
- Sterilization data are more detailed for error cycle. It will be much helpful for technical services.
- Bigger tray holder and trays that allow loading weight is expended.
